| 摘 要： | 随着企业管理水平的不断提高,ERP软件在越来越多的企业中得到了应用,大大地推动了企业管理信息化的进程。但是,ERP在企业面对多变化的成本管理和决策方面,仍然显得有心无力。Excel作为一套著名的电子表格软件,集万能的表格计算、丰富的图形显示和方便的数据管理于一体,体现了他在企业成本管理中不可替代的优势。本文通过对企业当前成本管理现状的分析,提出了利用Excel进行成本管理的思路和步骤,以期为企业成本管理的完善提供新思路。
