| 摘 要： | 某厂两台进口往复式新氢、循环氢二合一机组在运行的三年中,机组的一级活塞经常发生破裂损坏、活塞环断裂等现象。文章从活塞的结构设计等方面入手开展失效分析,提出了改进措施,并对活塞和活塞环进行了国产化改造。经过一年的运行检验,压缩机运行正常。

| Abstract: | A factory has two imported reciprocating fresh hydrogen and recycle hydrogen 2 in 1 compressor.During 3 years' operation,the first stage piston of the units often has rupture,damage,piston ring breakage and other phenomenon.This paper carries out failure analysis,puts forward improvement measures and makes localized modification to piston and piston ring.The compressor has been operating normally for 1 year after the modification. |
