| 摘 要： | 在分析了我国中小型连锁企业物流配送现状的基础上,运用SWOT方法对现存的几种物流模式进行对比分析,从而得出结论:我国中小连锁企业应该采用以共同配送为主,供应商配送和第三方物流配送为辅的综合物流模式。

| Abstract: | Based on the analyses of Small and Medium-sized Chain Enterprises’ (SMCE) logistics distribution in China, this article uses the SWOT method to analyze the presenting logistics mode. And it concluded that our country’s SMCE should mainly uses cooperation distribution, and with the help of common delivery primarily, supplier distribution and third party distribution. |
