新疆经济型酒店发展的SWOT分析及策略研究

经济型酒店以其特有的目标市场和服务特点逐渐被大众消费群体所接受,在我国未来旅游业的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。经济型酒店已成为酒店业发展的热点领域,新疆经济型酒店处于起步阶段,发展空间还很大,如何更好更快地发展经济型酒店,适应旅游业和商务发展的需要,提高整个酒店业的经济效益,就成为迫切需要研究解决的问题。本文对新疆经济型酒店发展的SWOT进行分析,并提出新疆经济型酒店的发展策略。

SWOT Analysis of Economy Hotels in Xinjiang

Economy hotels have been accepted by the public gradually for its peculiar target market and service characteristics and the practice proves that economy hotel will be of significance to the development of Chinese tourism.The economy hotel will become a hot field,economy hotel in Xinjiang is in starting phase comparatively,and still have development space.How to develop the economy hotel quicker and better,adapt to the need of tourism and business,and reach the advanced international level is the issue urgent to solve and study.By conducting a SWOT analysis of economy hotels in Xinjiang,this paper advances corresponding countermeasures for their development.
