运用证券交易模式规范网络消费

本文主要就网络消费中存在的交易双方的信用确认问题、网络消费的支付结算问题、网络消费的税收流失问题等进行了探讨。并借鉴证券交易模式从构建网络支付公司运行机制,构建第三方信用信息服务机制和构建第三方物流本着中心运行机制等方面对网络消费中存在的问题进行了一定的尝试解决。

This paper discusses mainly the credit recognition between the consumer parties during the net consumption,the payment and the loss of revenue.And the model of securities transactions have be learned and this paper discusses the running mechanisms of companies online payment,the construction of a third party mechanisms and a third-party logistics centre operation mechanism to resolve the problem above.
