关于我国养老金调整机制建设的思考

我国养老金调整机制建设是随我国新的社会养老保险制度的建立而开始的，在尔后的养老金调整过程中起了极为重要的作用。但是，在实践中它还很不完善、很不成熟，这主要表现在养老金调整机制不规范、养老金调整的功能在一定程度上被泛化、把握养老金调整因素有失偏颇等方面。这说明，我国养老金调整机制但仍处于建设成长过程中，需要从多方面努力，使之日臻完善与成熟。

The mechanism was deemed as not institutionalized and fair enough. And its function was over - generalized in practice. These problems mean that the mechanism our adjusting mechanism of pension is still in the course of formation and more work should be done to consummate it.
