文化创意产业助推海西城市发展——福建省发展文化创意产业的思考

福建省具有文化创意产业发展的优势。加快文化创意产业的发展,可以优化海西城市结构、创新海西城市经济发展模式、打造海西城市品牌等,从而提升海西城市竞争力。但海西城市在发展文化创意产业过程中也遇到诸如政策支撑不够系统有力,发展环境不尽人意;产业园区建设低端化倾向明显,完整产业链以及产业集群效应尚未形成;高端人才严重短缺;区域合作层次较低,未能形成有效的联动机制等问题。据此,可通过制定文化创意产业发展规划;营造有利于文化创意产业发展的社会环境;加强文化创意产业园区建设和层次的提升,形成集群化发展效应;加快创意产业人才引进和培养;推进海峡两岸的合作与联动等来实现文化创意产业的持续发展。

To Accelerate the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries Enhance Urban Competitiveness in Haixi

Fujian has the advantage of developing culture creative industry. Accelerating the development of culture creative industry can optimize the cities model structure, innovate urban economic model, build the cities brand and enhance city competitiveness. Meanwhile, some problems encountered in respect of weak policy support; unsatisfactory development environment; low level construction in industrial park; lack of expertise; low-level regional cooperation. This paper put forward some suggestions as follows： formulating industrial development plan; building favorable social environment; raising level of construction and profile, reaching clustering effect; fastening the introduction and cultivation of talent; promoting cooperation and interaction beweeen mainland and Taiwan.
