突发疫情对公共卫生服务体系的影响——基于信息不对称视角

随着社会政治、经济、文化的发展,公共卫生服务已经不能满足人们日益增长的需要。在市场经济领域中,公共卫生服务产品的非排他性、非竞争性,造成公共卫生资源利用效率低。虽然政府出台了相关的政策来调控公共卫生服务领域,以减少信息不对称造成的市场失灵,但不断出现的突发疫情仍对公共卫生服务体系造成了严重的威胁。本文从信息经济学中信息不对称的角度来分析突发疫情对公共卫生服务体系的影响,并提出了相关建议。

The Influence of the Sudden Epidemic on Public Health Service System:From the Perspective of Information Asymmetry

With the political, economic and cultural development, public health service is unable to satisfy people＇s increasing needs. In the economic market, the non-exclusive and non-competitive public health services＇ products lead to an inefficient using of public health resources. Although the government has unveiled relevant policies to regulate the field of public health services, trying to reduce information asymmetry which caused by market failure .The sudden outbreak of public emerging is still a serious threat to the health service system. In this paper, the influence of the sudden epidemic on public health service system is analysed from the perspective of information asymmetry in the information economies, and certain relevant recommendations are made as well.
