跨国公司对华直接投资区位选择的新趋势

自20世纪90年代以来，跨国公司对华直接投资迅速增长，在区位选择上出现向东部地区尤其是长江三角洲集中投资，并逐步扩大对其他地区投资的趋势，而在东、中、西部地区省际间的分布上却存在严重的不平衡。跨国公司对华直接投资的区位因素变量，一是由自然禀赋区位变量和经济发展区位变量所构成的硬环境，二是由人文区位变量和政府区位变量所构成的软环境。本文通过选择其区位因素变量，建立模型进行回归分析，得出这一趋势产生的原因，并从政府的角度提出相关政策建议。

New Trends of Multinational Corporations'' FDI Location Choices in China

Since the 1990s,of multinational corporations' foreign direct investment has experienced a rapid growth,then emerged the trend of the concentrated location in the Yangtze River Delta and gradually expand to other areas of investments.But there is a serious imbalance in the distribution in the eastern,central and western regions.Through chosing location variable factors of direct investment in China by multinational companies: First,natural endowments geographic variables and regional economic development posed by the hard environment variables;Second,humanities and geographic location variables posed by the soft environment variables.This thesis analysis the reasons for the emergence of this trend through choosing variables for constructing model.At last,make relevant policy recommendations.
