我国生态环境建设的理论思考

运用两部门模型和中国2005年18部门投入产出完全消耗系数数据分析研究,发现,生态环境建设与一个国家所处的发展阶段、这个阶段的国民经济投入产出结构、以及对代际积累消费关系的资源配置结构直接相关,对代际问题的不同态度也极大地影响生态环境建设的路径和决策,现实的经济社会投入-产出结构也制约着生态环境建设的力度.

Theoretical analysis of China's ecological environment construction

Based on the dual sector model and analysis of the data of complete consumption coefficients of the input and output of 18 departments, this paper indicates that ecological environment construction is directly related to a country's developing stage, to national economic input-output structure in this stage and to resources allocation structure of intergeneration accumulation consumption relation. The different attitudes towards intergeneration issue are also greatly influencing path and decision of ecological environment construction, and real input-output structure of economy and society is also restraining ecological environment construction.
