| 摘 要： | 马斯洛心理学与儒家思想在人类思想文化中都占有重要的位置.本文对马斯洛与儒家各自的心理学思想进行了比较,从马斯洛的自我实现理论与儒家人格修养渐成说对健康人格标准的见解等方面阐述了从二者之间的比较中获得的启示.
