| 摘 要： | 受Jie HE(2006)研究的启发,本文以SO2排放量表征环境污染水平,在1997-2004年间除西藏以外我国29个省及直辖市的面板数据基础上建立了联立方程模型,并对其进行了分析,结果表明:在我国,FDI存量诱致的经济规模扩张和经济结构变化带来的环境效应均为负面的,而其诱致的技术转移带来的环境效应为正面的,但FDI存量的总体环境效果则是消极的。

| Abstract: | This paper tries to disclose the mechanism of foreign direct investment acting on the environment. Enlightened from Jie HE (2006) study, this paper takes SO2 emission as an environmental pollution index and applies analysis to the simultaneous equations model of the 29 provinces & municipal cities' panel data except Tibet in our country from 1997 to 2004. The paper finds that in our country the enlargement of FDI stock-induced economic scale and the change of FDI stock-induced economic composition deteriorate the environment, while the FDI stock-induced technology transfer improves the environment, but the gross environmental effect of FDI stock is harm to the environment. |
