浅谈东部沿海高速公路一标人工和材料调差

自2007年上半年开始,国内建材及人工等市场价格均出现了大幅上涨。为确保工程顺利进行,东部沿海高速公路项目参照市建设局和省建设厅相关文件,确定材料及人工调差费用由代建单位全额支付给施工单位。本文针对第一标段人工和材料的调差计算方法提出个人的一些看法供研讨。
