摘    要:长江航务管理局是长江航运的主管机构,其有关部门参与了三峡工程导流明渠兼通航的决策,并开展了相应的试验研究工作。提出了船舶通过明渠的上,下行航线和进一步优化明渠通航条件的措施,通过1998年大洪水和4年多来船舶运行的考验,证明明渠的设计是成功的,由列举的运行实况和统计数据,进一步说明了导流明渠参与通航决策的正确性。

Abstract:As competent authorities of navigation affairs, the Changjiang Administration of Navigation Affairs and other organizations have actively taken part in the decision?making that the open diversion channel would be used as a navigation pass in the second construction period of Three Gorges Project. After a series of model tests and technical analysis, suitable sailing lines for downstream and upstream ships and fleets and some suggestions on measures for optimizing navigational conditions in the open channel were proposed and accepted. In 1998,the open channel experienced the examination of high flood flow and has gone through the test of navigation utilization for over 4 years. As a result, the channel design has been proved successful. The operating actualities and statistical data are presented, which further proved that the decision?making in letting the open diversion channel take part in navigation is sufficiently correct.
