| 摘 要： | 针对城市电网规划评价方法中专家评价法、经济分析法等的一些不足,提出基于Shapley-DS理论的城市电网规划评价。该方法将Shapley指数和DS理论相结合,形成基于DS理论重要程度不同的证据的合成。所提出的方法可以有效处理相关性、重要性以及冲突不大的证据的合成,从而为城市电网规划评价提供了新的视角。

| Abstract: | Due to some shortcoming of expert appraises method and economic analysis method in the evaluation methods of city power grid planning, this paper puts forward an evaluation method for city power grid planning based on ShapleyDS theory. This method combines the Shapley index with DS theory to form an evidence synthesis of different importance degree based on DS Theory. This method can effectively deal with the evidence synthesis of the relevance, importance, little conflict evidence, so that it provides a new method for the city power grid planning evaluation. |
