| Abstract: | Combined with the problem of fidelity in market economy, the paper discusses the connotation of Rule Quotient and the relationship of Rule Quotient, Emotion Quotient and Intelligence Quotient. Then we discuss how Rule Quotient can bring active effects in developing collaboration and criterion about enterprise behavior and enumerate some measure to increase Rule Quotient. |
