注重财务管理工作 促进中小企业发展

中小企业是一个十分庞大的企业群体,其生存和发展,对社会经济的发展起到不可估量的作用。但中小企业在机制灵活、成长迅速的同时也面临着规模偏小、技术设备相对落后、内部管理混乱和资金缺乏、信贷困难,承受市场风险能力弱的内部和外部的双重压力。目前包括政府在内的全社会都在关注和帮助中小企业的发展,努力为中小企业解决融资难等进一步发展所需的外部氛围的时候,中小企业自身如何提升管理水平、强化内部管理已成为中小企业发展的瓶颈。

Having formed a very large industrial group,small and medium enterprises play a vital vole in the economic growth.Even though they have such advantages as flexible institution and rapid development,they are still held back by many disadyantages as follows:small scale,backward technology and eguipment,inefficient internal control,fund shortage,loaning difficulties and market pressure,etc.Currently small and medium enterpriese gain much substantial help and support from the whole seciety,esperially govemmnet,which manages to solve the financing difficulties and create the favorable condifitions for the further development of these enterprises.In this case small and medium enter- prises need improve management level and strengthen internal management to break the bottleneck in the process of de- velopment.
