| Abstract: | This paper first analyzes the unfairness in market assignment of real estate through the Edgeworth box chart.Then it studies the mechanism that urban housing security maintains relatively fair of real estate assignment with the theory of utility.Finally,it discusses the concrete method of urban housing security. |
