| 摘 要： | 传统的经济学教科书认为，实行最低限价必然会产生供给过剩，并造成部分租金耗散。本从厂商和消费的最大化假设出发，认为他们会采用约束条件下成本最低的各种方法去获取这部分租金，从而导致供给过剩的程度远小于教科书上所写的那样，并将结论运用于劳动市场，分析了最低工资产生的影响。

| Abstract: | The principle in traditional economics textbook states that implem entation of minimum price necessarily produces supply surplus and rent dissipati on. This paper holds that firms and consumers will use all kinds of methods of m inimum cost under restriction condition and then lead to the extent of supply su rplus less than those in textbooks and analyzes the influence of minimum salary by applying conclusion to labor market. |
