| 摘 要： | 国有煤炭企业在我国的经济发展中发挥着重要作用,但是煤炭企业的安全生产问题一直比较突出,在煤炭企业的安全生产中,经理人起着重要作用。文章从经理人角度分析了煤炭企业安全事故的深层原因,并且提出了相关建议。
