农业经济发展对科技人才的需求预测研究

在农业现代化进程中，科技贡献率逐年增大，科技人才的作用日益凸显。国内外农业发展的历程表明，只有充分发挥农业科技人才的主观能动性，才能更好地推动农业科研、推广和应用等相关工作向纵深发展，最终实现农业现代化。论文利用计量模型对农业经济发展中科技人才的需求情况进行预测，希望为今后农业科技人才队伍建设提供更加明确的战略目标。

Demand forecasting of technology talent for agricultural economy development

As traditional agriculture gradually transforms to modernization, the science and technology contribution rate is also increasing, meanwhile, the agricultural technology talents play more and more important role in this process. The foreign and domestic agriculture development shows that only by making full use of the agricultural technology talents can the agricultural technology R＆D, promoting and supplying be promoted further, and the agriculture modernization be realized. This essay applies Regressive Model and array model of time to forecast the demand of agricultural technology talent so as to provide a more clearly strategic objective for the agricultural technology talent construction in the future.
