| 摘 要： | 大连市是我国东北地区最重要的港口城市、滨海旅游胜地和著名的海洋科技城，在发展海洋休闲渔业方面有许多优势。本文对大连市南部海域发展休闲渔业的外部环境和内部环境进行了分析，并在SWOT分析基础之上揭示了发展休闲渔业所面临的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战。通过对大连南部海域发展休闲渔业现状进行了全面分析，并在综合、比较、分析的基础上，提出大连市南部海域休闲渔业发展的对策。

| Abstract: | As a famous coastal city and summer resort, Dalian has lots of advantages and characteristics in developing ocean recreational fishery. The article analyzes the extra and intra environment of the leisure fishery development in the southern seas of Dalian. Through SWOT method, situation of leisure fisheries development in the southern seas of Dalian is also analyzed. Under the discussion of advantages, disadvantages, chances and challenges, the selection and countermeasures of the leisure fisheries development in the southern seas of Dalian are put forward, based on the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the results. |
