基于AHP的赤潮灾害损失评估体系构建探究

随着现代化工农业生产的迅猛发展，赤潮灾害已经成为影响海洋经济健康、稳定、持续发展的重要制约因素，建立起一套全面、系统的赤潮灾害损失评估体系非常必要。现阶段赤潮灾害损失评估主要存在评估指标归类随意、评估体系构建局限和评估指标选取不全面三大缺陷。利用AHP构建赤潮灾害损失评估体系，能对赤潮灾害损失进行有效的定量分析，得到的结论为海洋环境损失最大，海洋经济损失次之，社会影响最小，经检验为一种较为简便与准确的评估方法，为我国赤潮灾害损失评估提供实用参考。
