Forestland Property and Management in USA and Canada

The paper first introduced forestland property,management mechanism and related policies of public and private forest in USA and Canada.Then it provides its own proposals for China forestland reform.It holds that China government should focus on resource conservation,separated resource conservation from product manufacture completely,and it points out that collective forest areas should make smooth and stable property relations,reduce administrative intervention,create better market and initiate the enthusiasm of civil forestry investment.
