论中国农村公共事业的建设与管理

农村公共事业的落后是农村发展中的薄弱环节,也是农民反映最强烈的问题。发展农村公共事业,不断增强农村的自我造血功能,逐渐缩小城乡差距,农村的面貌才会迎来新一轮的历史巨变。新农村建设须加大政府对农村各项公共事业的投入,从而改变城乡分割的公共事业管理体制,不断创新农村公共事业管理的机制。

Research on the Chinese Country Public Service Construction and Management

The backwardness of the countryside public service has become the weakest link that affects the development and it is also the problem most reflected by the Chinese farmers.Only by developing the country public service,strengthening the self-development function of the Chinese country and narrowing gradually the gap between countryside and the city can the country have a new and thorough change.For the construction of the new countryside,the government is supposed to increase the input to the Chinese country public service in order to change the city-country partition management system of the public service,and keeps creating the new management mechanism of the country public service.
