| Abstract: | The essay first makes an analysis of the social and cultural backgrounds against which the Japanese pattern of enterprise management came into being. It then goes on to a study of the formation process of the pattern. Finally, the essay expounds the differences between the Japanese pattern and the Western mode of management. |
