中国城市社区改制之必要性研究

随着我国市场经济改革的不断深入,我国现有的城市社区实际运行依靠居委会和街道办事处来管理居民的管理模式,已经远远不适应现代社会的发展,应打破现有的社区体制,建立新型的、明确的、有效的社会体制,明晰社区管理权责,推进中国城市社区管理体制的改革,以适应经济发展的需要。

On the Necessity of System Reform of City Community in China

With the development of reform of Chinese market economy system,the current managing model-managing the residents by neighborhood committee and Sub-district office in Chinese city community-is unfit for the development of modern society.We should reform the present community system and establish a new,definite and effective social system to distinguish the right and responsibility of community management.Therefore,we can advance the managing system reform of city community to adapt the economic development.
