教学型本科院校统计学专业人才培养模式的探索

摘    要:在新形势下,教学型、应用型的本科院校,应把握好应用型本科教育的内涵,准确定位,确定正确的统计学专业培养目标,该专业的人才培养应遵循“一种理念、两个面向、三个结合、四个不断线和五种能力”的基本模式,对课程体系进行改革,加强实践实训环节和教学质量的监控,建立多学科交叉融合的复合型人才培养模式,并应为培养目标的实现提供保障。

Abstract:Under the new situation, teaching- oriented and application -oriented colleges should grasp the spirit of application - oriented undergraduate education, develop right orientation and accurately fix the correct cultivating goal for the major of statistics. For the cultivating mode of statistics, it is necessary to adhere to an "idea", two "directions", three "combinations", four "continuous lines" and five "basic capabilities". A multidisciplinary cross connective and compound talent training mode should be established by course system reform and strengthening the monitoring of practice process and teaching quality ; and meanwhile, the guarantee should he provided for the achievement of cultivating goal.
