| 摘 要： | 随着环境的变化,企业分销渠道正在变得更为灵活和能够更快地响应用户需求,而传统分销渠道的运作模式与特征显然很难满足分销渠道变革的新要求.现在的分销渠道日益演变成为一个跨越企业边界的网络组织,分销渠道网络化与分销网络的形成也逐渐成为分销渠道演化与变革的一个趋势,这种趋势是渠道系统内部与外部环境因素共同作用的结果.
