| 摘 要： | 工程变更索赔处理是投资控制的重要内容。本文分析了变更索赔的原因与分类,阐述了处理变更索赔的主要依据和方法。并得出结论:只有积极采取措施妥善处理好变更索赔,方能有效控制工程投资,提高工程效益。

| Abstract: | Handling of project change claims is important content in investment control. Reason and classification of change claims are analyzed in the paper. Main basis and methods of handling change claims are described. The following conclusions are obtained： Project investment can be effectively controlled by actively adopting measures for properly handling change claims, thereby improving project benefits. |
