文章以sF公司的“午餐肉致癌”事件为背景，对sF公司的危机管理进行了相关研究，对SF公司的危机管理进行了相关分析，主要包括SF公司危机产生的原因分析及采取的相关措施。在此基础上指出了SF公司危机管理的不足并提出了相关建议，主要有sF公司应加强食品卫生安全危机预防管理体系研究；把危机管理上升至战略高度；设置危机管理专案小组；加强危机管理的培训；建立信息监测系统。
