| 摘 要： | 黑龙江的物流已经受到重视，但目前还处于起步阶段．与之相配套的物流人才严重短缺，物流人才是发展现代物流的重要因素。对黑龙江省经济发展起着重要的作用。作者分析了黑龙江省现代物流人才的需求与供给状况，得出要大力加强现代物流人才教育培养的结论。因此，黑龙江省加强物流人才的培养是当务之急。

| Abstract: | Modern logistics has been thought much of in Heilongjiang,but is still in its early stage,and talents in this field are still wanted.These talents are an important element in developing modern logistics,and play an important role in developing economy in Heilongjiang.Based on analysis of the situation of talents talents supply and demand,we can conclude that we should train the persons with ability in this area to comply the development of our society.Therefore,enhancing talents training in this field is urgent. |
