| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO十年,在世界贸易组织中成功实现了从规制遵守者到规制制定者,从新加入成员到核心成员,从默默无闻到有所作为的华丽蜕变。在前期实践的基础上,中国应充当世界贸易组织中灵活务实的核心决策方,重视依靠谈判集团维护国家利益,更加积极地在WTO各类机构中发挥作用。
