| 摘 要： | 金融危机引发全球大规模产业整合为中国加快实施走出去战略创造了良机。通过对后危机时代中国企业走出去进行SWOT分析,从提高企业国际化经营质量和水平、打造自主国际生产体系、积极开展中小型企业集群式对外直接投资以及进一步完善政策和金融支持体系等方面,提出加快推进中国企业对外投资发展的对策建言。
