| 摘 要： | 论文从跨国公司在华创新活动的投入与产出情况的对比和分析考察创新活动的效益,以外商投资企业的研究开发与创新模式行为的相关数据为分析对象,从总量特征与结构特征等多个层面对企业创新的绩效与发展模式特征作深入的定量描述。论文认为,跨国公司在华研发活动中创新要素投入与产出呈现高低互见的多种特征,即绝对规模较大的总投入与较低水平的研发强度,较高的创新市场价值与较低的科技创新成果并存。而在创新模式上,表现出重技术引进轻技术改造的模式。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a quantitative analysis on FIE's technology input and outcomes to explore the efficiency of their technology innovation activities.A set of indicators describing volume and structural features and performance are adopted in this paper.The paper finds the imbalance performance of FIE′s technology innovation activities compared with local firms,including high R&D input & low relative R&D intensity,big innovation marketing value & relative small technology innovation outcomes.And the priority on technology introduction instead of technology transformation on innovation channel can also be observed from the data analysis. |
