| Abstract: | A scientific cadre education and training system is a prerequisite for improving the quality of cadre education and training.Correctly viewing the deficiencies and problems of cadre education and training under the new situation,and scientifically building an advanced training concept system,a scientific training teaching system,a standardized training quality system and a management training assessment system are the effort directions of cadre training institutions. |
