| 摘 要： | 近年来，农民教育培训工作日益受到重视并快速发展，但与农村的新变化和农民的需求相比仍存在差距。以安徽为例，通过长期实地调查，可以客观分析当前农民教育培训供需失衡及其影响因素，提出可行的发展思路和改善对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, farmer education to groom the job is paid more and more attention and rapid development, but with the ru-ral areas of the new changes and the demand of the farmer still exists gap. Taking Anhui as an example, through long-term field surveys, an objective analysis of the current educational training of farmers in the imbalance of supply and demand and its influence factors, and put forward the feasible development train of thought and Countermeasures to improve. |
