我国刑法中背信犯罪的立法完善

背信犯罪是一种破坏诚实信任关系并侵害他人财产的犯罪。我国现行刑法中规定了多种特殊的背信犯罪，但没有普通的背信罪，是否应设立普通背信罪，在1997年刑法修订前后，直到现在，仍存在争论。但随着社会经济的发展，越来越有必要设立普通背信罪，以维护社会的诚信机制。
