甲烷氯化物有机废水处理技术及应用

在氯碱工业氯气深加工过程中,甲烷氯化物是主要产品之一,也是有着很重要广泛用途的氯代烷烃产品。在它的生产过程当中,管道排放,清洗设备和在设备当中所泄漏的含有甲烷氯化物的废弃液体,它的成分复杂,有炭黑、泥渣、盐、酸碱、水等成份,这些废液不能进入精馏生产系统中,而且这些液体中含有大量的甲烷氯化物,也是绝对不能直接进入废水处理装置中的,所以我们要根据甲烷氯化物的理化特性和它的毒理作用,所产生的废水进行有效的处理应用。

Treatment Technology of Organic Wastewater Containing Methane Chloride and Its Application

Methane chloride is one of the main products in deep processing of chlorine in chlorine industry,also the product of chloralkane which has a wide range of uses.In its production process,wastewater containing methane chloride from pipe emissions,equipment cleaning and leakage contains complex composition such as carbon black,sludge,salt,acid-base,water and other ingredients,which can not enter the rectification production system.Because wastewater contains methane chloride,it can not directly enter waste treating equipment.So we should effectively process the wastewater according to the physical and chemical properties and biological noxious effect of methane chloride.
