摘    要:在体检保健中心探索一种"以人为本"的服务理念,不断改善服务环境、优化服务流程,以提高体检管理水平及工作效率,使受检人员轻松满意。体检中心实施一站式服务模式,应用体检管理软件系统规范体检业务流程,实行全程导检服务,配备营养丰富的早餐,并实施长效健康管理。体检工作实现了规范化,系统化管理,加快了体检工作流程并提高了工作效率,提升了服务质量,达到了社会效益和经济效益双丰收。

Abstract:Explore people-oriented service concept in hospital medical health center, and constantly improve the service environment, optimize service processes in order to improve the level and efficiency of medical management, so that subjects are easily satisfied. Medical center implements a one-stop service model, applies management software system to specify medical examination business processes; implement of full lead inspection services, provide with a nutritious breakfast, and implement long term health management. Physical work achieved a standardized and systematic management, speeded up the medical work flow and improved the work efficiency, improved service quality, and achieved social and economic benefit.
