| 摘 要： | 分析开发区集约利用评价规程中评价指标体系和理想值的确定方法,根据辽宁省开发区的特点,制定了符合辽宁省实际的开发区土地集约利用评价指标体系,并对相应的指标理想值的确定做出分析,对省级开发区进行评价,为决策者进行开发区土地管理提供理论依据. |

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the determination of evaluation system and ideal value in intensive utilization assessment program in development zone of Liaoning.At last,this paper determined the evaluation system of intensive utilization in development zone of Liaoning which meets the reality according to the character of development zone of Liaoning,and analyzed the determination of corresponding index idea value and evaluated the provincial development zone to provide reference to land management of development zone for decision maker. |
