| Abstract: | The Diamond Theory which Professor Michael.E.Porter has put forward is a power tool for competitive analysis.According to this theory,the article deeply analyzes competitive advantages of Qinhuangdao City Tourism industry from four aspects-production factors,demand condition,related support industry and competitive condition of the tourism enterprises.The above competitive advantages will provide a good terrace for making big and strong Tourism industry in Qinhuangdao City. |
