| 摘 要： | 衡阳是个好地方,但是在改革开放的过程中落后了。改变衡阳旧形象,实现弯道超车,快速发展,必须提高衡阳市民的文明素质。笔者认为,如果依托衡阳丰富的德育资源,强化它的"隐性教育",那么就可以起到很好的效果。

| Abstract: | Hengyang is a good place, but it is behind in the process of reform and opening up. If we want to change the old image of Hengyang, to achieve fast development, we must improve the ethical quality of the people of Hengyang. The author believes that it is effective to develop Hengyang to strengthen recessive education of rich moral education in Hengyang. |
