高危生产企业安全教育培训体系创建与实践

高温高压、有毒有害、易燃易爆等生产工艺性质企业,属高危生产企业。安全是企业生存与科学发展的最根本前提和基础。努力打造生产本质安全,除了要建立和充分发挥安全管理体系的规范化和强制性作用,同时要坚持以人为本,创新形式,持续不断地扎实开展教育和培训工作,使全体员工时刻保持高度的安全生产意识,提高安全生产能力,增强领导和管理者安全生产责任感、使命感。本文主要就高危生产企业安全教育培训体系创建与实践作基本阐述。

Creating and Practising Safety Education and Training System in High Risk Manufacturing Enterprises

Manufacturing and processing enterprises with high temperature and high pressure, poisonous materials, and flammable and explosive materials are regarded as high risk manufacturers. Safety is the most fundamental precondition andbasis for enterprises surviving and scientific development. In order to make manufacturing essentially safe, on one hand, we should set up and give full play to standardization and compulsory requirements of safety management system, and on the other hand, we should adhere to people oriented, innovate forms, and continuously and steadily conduct education and training, to bring all staff to always maintain safe manufacturing consciousness in mind, to enhance the ability of safe manufacturing, and to increase the sense of mission and responsibility of safe manufacturing for leaders and managers. This paper would give basic elaboration to creating and practising education and training system in high risk manufacturing enterprises.
