摘    要:专业认同是测度学习者认同自身所学专业价值与职业发展目标的一项关键指标。综合采用文献研究与专题组座谈方法,本研究开发了导游专业认同量表。研究结果表明:(1)本研究开发的导游专业认同量表具有良好的信效度,它包括专业教学、专业前景、专业意识与专业归属、职业发展;(2)导游专业认同各结构维度与总体专业认同的关联效应存在显著性差异;(3)不同人口统计变量对导游专业认同各结构维度的评价存在显著性差异。本研究对开展导游专业认同优化管理提供第一手实验证据。

Measurement Model of Tour Guide Major Identity and Its Empirical Study

Abstract:Major identity is an important indicator in the research of self-development and self-identification. By a combination of thematic group discussions and literature review, the measurement model of tour guide major identity is proposed. The empirical results show that: (1)the scale has good validity and reliability, which includes major ideology, major attachment, major pros- pect, major learning and career development; (2)the correlation effect between each dimension of tour guide major identity and general major identity has significant difference; (3)each demographic variable has different effects on each dimension of tour guide major identity. The study has implications in tour guide major identity management optimization.
