Discussion on Role of and Countermeasures of Talents for Great-leap-forward Development of Guangxi Tourism

Talent is the key to realize the great-leap-forward development of Guangxi tourism industry. At present, there are many problems in the development of Guangxi tourism talents, which have become the ＂short board＂ of the tourism industry ac- celeration. Guangxi tourism personnel training is fecing new challenges. On the basis of the analysis of the development of Guan- gxi tourism industry demand for qualified personnel and Guangxi tourism talent status, the paper did some useful explorations on the ideas to cultivate tourism innovative talents,the countermeasures to speed up the construction of high-quality tourism employ- ees, and so on.
