| 摘 要： | 我国股市由于政府与股民之间关于国有股流通的期限事先双方没有定好,股市运行在潜藏的高度不确定性与市场风险之上,文章通过对国有股准流通市场的制度、风险、价格的分析,对国有股准流通市场问题提出了解决方案,找出了以市场方式发现国有股减持市场价格的途径。

| Abstract: | Stock market is being operated with high risk because the government and the person holding stock are not in agreement on the deadline of the circulation of national stock. This paper analyses the system, risk and price of quasi-circulative market of national stock, proposes the solution to them and finds out a way that national stock reduces and holds the market price. |
