| Abstract: | Point out that the change from national forestry enterprise to a limited enterprise through reorganization is one important way.Further analysis on the main difficulties and problems.Probe the conditions,forms,ways and general procedure for organizing a limited company.And argue the feasibility to found a limited forestry enterprise group,and further put forward the thoughts to perfect and develop a limited forestry enterprise. |
