对西藏实施天然林保护工程的思考

西藏近几年生态环境日益恶化 ,其具体表现为水土流失严重、荒漠化范围扩大、气候异常等 ,因此在西藏实施天然林保护工程十分迫切。本文结合西藏实际情况 ,提出了实施森林分类经营、加大森工企业的改革等措施 ,这是实施天然林保护工程必须解决好的关键性问题

In recent years,the ecology environment in Tibet is gradually getting worse. This concretely manifests as severe soil erosion,expansion of the desert area and abnormality of the weather.Thus it has become urgent to implement protective project to the natural forest of Tibet.This article,combining with Tibet's practical situation,put up with measures like implementing classified management and strengthening enterprise reform of the forest industry etc.These are crucial problems of implementing protective project to the natural forest and must be well solved.
