| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争日益激烈的今天,我国的中小企业要在市场竞争中立于不败之地,一条重要的途径就是实施供应链管理,本文着重分析了中小企业实施供应链管理的必要性和可行性,并结合某制药公司的案例来论证这种观点,并得到一些重要启示。

| Abstract: | With the market competition intense today, our country's small and medium-sized enterprises want to keep an impregnable position day by day in the intense market competition, an important way is to implement the supply chain management. This article has analyzed the necessity and feasibility emphatically which the small and medium-sized enterprises implement supply chain manage, and unified the case of some pharmaceutical company to prove this viewpoint, and obtained some important enlightenment. |
